Small Technologies

Computer services and repairs, home network, software, and hardware installations will be charged in
quarter-hour increments and carry a minimum half-hour charge of $20.00.
For each quarter-hour after the first half-hour, an additional $5.00 will be applied.

The maximum service charge will be $100.00 (4 hrs + 30 Min) regardless of time required to service or repair your PC beyond this time frame.

If a user password removal is all that is needed, a flat $10.00 charge will apply

Estimates for cost of work are free and will be provided upon request

All services and repairs are guaranteed for 7 days from the completion or acceptance date on the invoice/receipt

If later found that the service or repair was incorrectly diagnosed by the technician,
Small Technologies will perform the repairs and service free of any labor charges. Only the difference between the original
charge and the cost of the new part(s) will be charged or refunded
